The Persistence of Memory, Salvador Dali

Salvador Dali was a Spanish surrealist from the 20th century. The Persistence of Memory is probably his most famous painting. An interesting anecdote about him was that he used to pay for his meals in restaurants by cheque. He would draw a picture on the back of the cheque and sign it.  Most of the time the owner of the restaurant would not cash the cheque but would keep it as an “original Salvador Dali.”

  2. There are insects on the clock. Tell all the facts you know about insects OR stories of insects in your life (spiders, butterflies, moths, bees, ants, etc.).
  3. Tell a story of a repeated dream you have OR relate to the clock and tell about times you were late.
